DESCRIPTION:

Floduvel is used to treat symptoms of BPH and may reduce the chance of developing acute urinary retention (sudden inability to urinate). Dutasteride may also lower the chances of prostate surgery that could be needed. Dutasteride is in a class of medications called 5-alpha reductase inhibitors.

SIDE EFFECTS:

Common side effects are headache, asthenia, back pain, chest pain, dizziness, somnolence, decreased libido, runny nose, nausea, abnormal ejaculation, breast pain and blurred vision.
